Hello, i have given my samsung phone for display change in your Towlichowki, Hyderabad service centre service tkt – 4331181867. It was been 3 weeks and the team doesnot show any interest in providing the service efficiently. They never call up and provide an update. They updated online status as done and if i call them they insult me saying not to call until they call us back and suggested me to report anywhere. I am completely frustrated and disappointed with the Samsung.

Its been 3 weeks and i had to keep an hold on all my transactions expecting the resolution in one week, but now they speak up like they don’t care and cut my call.

Firstly, they couldn’t work on the request i requested 4331181867.
Secondly, Online status is updated as done so i reached to Towlichowki office, after waiting for long i was insulted at the office and said not to believe on online status and question them based on that status, so i escalated to Samsung India.
Third, after escalation they have cancelled my request 4331181867 stating some different reasons.
Fourth, Now Samsung India team has convinced saying display will be done, now Samsung Towlichowki service centre team has come up with a new issue stating the motherboard is not working.
Fifth, i strongly doubt that Samsung towlichowki team has misused my data which has been with them from the last 3-4 weeks. because i couldn’t trust them with this unethical behaviour of not respecting the customer.

I can’t follow up again and again and i want to proceed legally. As a last try i am writing this mail to you. I hope atleast you will look into this and do the needful.
