Since I bought this phone, I have changed the charging port and even changed display at a cost of nearly Rs 10,000. The service centre was closed due to COVID so it took me almost a year to replace the display. This phone has spent more time in repair centre and in non-working state rather than in working state. Now I am being asked to change the motherboard as the phone is constantly restarting. This phone clearly was built using inferior hardware and has manufacturing defect. Per Consumer Protection Act 2019 section 84 (manufacturing defect) and section 39 (like for like replacement), I am asking for like replacement worth over Rs 30,000 (such as Galaxy S21 phone) which I have spent in this phone on purchase plus repairs Please can you replace this device by a Galaxy S20 as that phone’s value is commensurate with the amount of close to Rs 30,000 I have spent on the M31s I have reached out to customer service who haven’t resolved this query and asking for more money to replace motherboard at a cost of Rs 8754. I am not willing to spend more money that clearly has a manufacturing defect and as such want a new replacement handset
