Dear Sir/Mam
Myself Rajib,I had order this product on 11th Feb. 2022.ORDER ID- OD124144976045887000
but when it was delivered, the SAMSUNG technician was come for installation and it was a different brand product.So they cant install this product .Then I request a replacement option using apps.but still date I don’t get the actual product or my money refund to my bank account. Already 4 times I was try for return request and same times it was be rejected by FLIPKART.I also received a mail that require my ID proof for close this issue & I attach my ID proof in same day with that reply mail.but after that it was also rejected.Then I ask to customer care,he/she said no reply mail is accept.So what can I do,give me the proper way to get my actual product or refund my amount asap.Flipkart Customer executives were said false assurance and not solve my issue. Please do needful steps for refund my amount. Here I attach the brand logo when I received the item.
