Good morning team, I bought Samsung a53 mobile in himayath nagar samsung showroom in hyd on April month in 2022. My mobile is samsung A53 Ip6 water resistant technology it costs around 36000 after one year and 3months my mobile got hanged and turned off I went to the service in chaitanya Puri authorised service center and told while I am using it got suddenly switched off.. after two days observation they told that display was gone so we have to change it so I argued with them regarding display and finally I told ok change the display they changed the display and they also changed the changed the charging port they told your warranty is over so they charged around 8953rs I paid and took my to home and exactly after 3days the same problem repeated and again I went to the same service center and told they kept mobile and they called your repair is over come and take your mobile they said..again I went to service and I took my mobile and came home again the same problem is repeated I visited nearly 5-6 to the service center. I told them the some line on display is coming same issue is repeating rapidly please do service properly…they told that board to battery connector was damaged so we have to replace it like that they told it costs around 970rs and after replacing the connecter the mobile completed turned off and I gave it to the service center on 13-09-2023. And now they are saying that mother board was damaged it cost around 13500. They are making me mentally weak.. so that’s why I approached you…
