I bought Adivasi Neelambari hair oil which is completely fake, hence I want to return it. The product is unused with its seal intact and the product label just shows its sourced from Karnataka, there is no address, phone number, license number nothing. I placed a return request just after the day I received the product but there is no response from salecart.shop portal. Their email id domain name is Gmail account which is strange as companies don’t use Gmail id as their domain name. They do not have any customer care number only messaging and email option is available. I am waiting for last 4 days and sent many emails, but they have not responded. Please help me get my refund from this fraudster e-commerce portal.
