I placed an order on 8th March 2019. I have made the payment via paytm. I did not receive the product nor got the refund. Called the customer care no about 1000 times to be ignored. The order no given was 000001178. I made a payment of 12000 on paytm and once they received the payment they stopped responding. Attached are the screenshots of watsapp chat and the payment made.
