I worked with Yepme (Vas Data P Ltd) from 16Nov 2015 and resigned with letter of acceptance from them.
My last working day was 10July 2017.
I am still unpaid from March 2017 to July 2017.
Company has not paid my salary and not deposited my PF aswell.
They issued cheques however all have bounced.
Case is running in court of Gurgaon and Delhi for last 1.5 years however only once from YEPME side has appeared in Gurgaon court.
And they demanded new date and again didn’t appear.
My total dues are 3.75 lacs for which 8 cheques were issued but all bounced
I am been harassed, tortured and now I am big sufferer as well.
I am writing mails for last 90 days almost but no response from them.
Company is still functioning.
I am ready to make settlement but they are least bothered as their intention seems something else.
I would request all to help in getting my money.
