Respected Sir/Madam,
Good Evening
This is to inform you that i was working since 01 September 2014 with Jinkorp International Travel Services Private Limited at Gurgaon Branch which having its headquarters in Chennai. I was asked to leave the company on 31 July 2015 as the CEO of the company announced that the Gurgaon Branch will be discontinued. Hence, all the employees were asked to resign and on the same day i have done the needful with confirmation from the HR that i have been released from the duties and my salary and PF will be released in the month of August 2015.
But, It is so shameful that i was associated with a fraud company. They have mailed me with the confirmation that they will release my salary and PF within the said period however they didn’t bother to do it. After struggling for many days, they bother to release my salary of INR 19990 but in two installments that are, 1st installment of INR 9990 will be done on 19 September and 2nd installment of INR 10000 will be done in the month of October 2015. They had credited INR 9990 on 22 September and after that they didn’t followed up for the 2nd Installment.
After waiting and sending numerous mails, i decided to send them a legal notice which i did but they were so shameless that they didn’t answer the legal firm as well as they didn’t even bother to release my salary.
After struggling for 1.5 year for my PF and salary, they released my PF of INR 42000 in the month of March and still they didn’t released my 2nd Installment salary of INR 10000. Now when i am doing follow ups, they are giving me very weird answers or else no one is attending my case on priority basis.
I would like to request you to kindly provide some immediate and necessary aid as i have single widowed mother who is not keeping well and she is a retired officer from Government official and we are much in dire need of this money so that atleast it could help me some for the medical expense for my family.
I am mentioning the details of the Company and attaching the Salary slip as well as the deposit amount slip of half salary.
