I was working with a consultancy since 29th January 2019. The pay date is 10th of every month. I had to receive my salary from 29th January, including febrFebr on 10th March. I didn’t receive. I had to receive rs 22000. After arguing, I received only 15000 on 25th March. After working for a while the consultancy got closed. I worked for some days in March and April too. As I could not see any further I thought of changing the job. Since March I have been asking for my remaining salary but the employer just gives me timelines. I have the entire chat as a proof. I have bills to pay and I had been Payless for like 2 months because of this employer. I am still having arguments to give my salary but he just doesn’t cares and gives me another timeline. Please help me. Please, I need the salary I earned. Please help me out.
