Issue: Salary deficit
Employer: Orion Edutech. Pvt Ltd.
Concern: I had worked with Orion Edutech Pvt Ltd company for Bihar Zone at designation of Admin Manager cum Accounts Manager. My date of joining at this assignment was 18.03.17. At my F&F I had fulfilled all the employer formalities though I haven’t received amount of INR 14,198/-; Last amount credited in my bank account from employer was just INR 3,733.33/- which was my last wages as salary. As of now my date of leaving has not been updated at EPF portal due to this I am unable to withdraw my PF amount which was deducted during my service. Hence I am waiting for support at earliest.
