This is regarding the services provided by Airtel company in the name of Outgoing Validity.
If airtel is providing a lifetime validity for account balance then why outgoing validity is 28 days? We have recharged our number with sufficient amount and now do we need to invest more for OG validity (needlessly)? This is insanely useless!!
I have 2 active airtel numbers, from which I use only one for all my calls and internet. Would I need to keep recharging my other number just so I can keep OG validity active? This is a complete waste of money.
Please advise or let me know if there is an alternate solution.
