I ordered many things from Amazon using many account and even i become amazon prime member for better service but i never got any good service from them i contact Amazon costumers care more then 40times about the delivery agent and delivery boy behaviour but they told me they will resolve the problem but the problem never solved yet. I have call recording where they are saying that if i(complainer) complaint about them then nothing will happen them and they are very rude to me and they call me 5km to receive the order and when i refuse to go and collect the problem the delivery boy cancelled it and gives any reason of cancellation. I want to take legal action against Amazon delivery agent of Sahibganj Jharkhand. Please help me out
