I was checking for loan from Saga pocket app for Rs.5000. It was showing processing and after that I was not informed about the loan amount to be disbursed, the interest % and the tenure of the loan. Without my acceptance and sending me the loan agreement, the next day they have credited the loan amount to my account. The credited amount is only Rs.2750 and due date they have given is only 6 days. They have asked me to pay back Rs.5000. I wrote mail to them that I dont want the loan amount and to take back the money but no response from their end. After 5th day, collection person calling me and threatening to pay Rs.5000 fully. I explained him slowly all things happened. He told me to pay Rs.2250 and he will close the loan amount fully. I believed him and paid but the loan amount is not closed yet. It is showing in the app that the loan tenure is extended for 4 days. After 4 days, I need to pay Rs.5000 again. I called again to collection person but he is not responding to my calls and emails. He contacted me in Whatsapp call but when I called to the same number in normal call, some other person picked up and telling it is wrong number. This type of fraud and cheat should be punished. Further these kind of apps should be banned to save common people from harassments and save their lives. I have all proofs about the email communication I have made with Saga app and whatsapp chat. Please take proper action against them.
