This Whirlpool was made on Feb 2019. We used it every morning to heat up the milk. Last week, after warming up, we pushed the door opening latch, the door was opened, but the turn table was still turning…. I put hands into the oven to take out the milk when it was turning.
Just within a few seconds, I had a bad feeling on my hand…
My question is:
The turn table should not turn when the door is open. A safety issue caused by Whirlpool.
What kind of damage to my hand? What do I need to do to make sure my hand is still ok for the out week/month/year?
Is there someone had the similar situation?
How we ask Whirlpool or some expert to find the root causes on this defect?
