I have booked a railway ticket in AC first class via Amazon India privative limited on 1st July 2022 through general quota, today I requested Amazon customer about refund of my train ticket as I am going to miss the train no. 22824 New Dehli to Bhubaneswar Rajdhani express at 1700 hours by today as my flight no. Indigo 6E 2983 from Srinagar to Delhi delayed from its actual time schedule.
So I requested the customer service of Amazon India to help me to get refund of my booking amount that is Rupees 6290/- but they have cheated me taking the advantage of a soldier and cancelled my ticket from their side and advised me you will be get your refund in 3 to 4 working days and manipulated me on verbally but after few minutes IRCTC gave me zero via their transaction of cancellation.
It is there fore requested to your honour to get my refund from Amazon please
