I have a loan with Rupee 112 and I am an old customer who has always cleared her dues on time with them. But due to some financial crisis at home, my due date is delayed for 4-5 days only. I have done several emails to them stating my issues and promising to clear the payment by 7th may 12 pm. But despite that they have been inhuman and torturing me with threats and home visit. I have not absconded nor running away rather I only asked for 2 days more to arrange money and pay.
