I have paid loan on 2020 to their agent and they do not reflect it and after 1.5 years they now call me and said that I haven’t paid any amount to them. They call my phone contact and defamed me that I taken loan after submit their documents or make them guarantee to paid loan. For my some relatives fame today now I have paid some amount to them and said them to settle it. But they told me to settle it and after the payment they asking amount rs 2768 or call to my contact again and abuse them. Take a strict legal action against the company and their recovery agent.
