Text of Complaint by Sai:

I have applied for micro loan from Rupee Plus and have requested for one day additional time for repayment and the agent started using abusive language. He is talking all the unparliamentary language and threatening me. I have not denied the payment. All I have asked is for one extra day time and he started abusing my family members. I have forgotten to record the call but next I will for sure.
