my name is divya arora

I took a loan from a company on the name of rupee coin of 3 k..they have a app also in play store on the same name of rupee coin..I paid that loan amount on 4 aug 2022 at 02:58 pm app is showing upi I’d of mukeshbad@ibl..and after that their people’s are asking to pay money again and again and said someone used your last utr no. how can anyone use utr..they are doing fraud with me and charging 350 rs. per day as for penalty m attaching my bank statement also and payments screenshots also and also attaching rupee coin app screenshots..m so worried from last 2 days..also m belonged from a poor family..please do needful thanks
