They signed a agreement and take my all kyc but no money credit in my account…I want to cancel this agreement…this is fraud

Si/Madam I have already paid Rs. 115432 but the amount of loan has not been disbursed into my account. Different reasons they told me you how to pay more money. My loan sanctioned amount is 127300. Sir/Madam it is requested to cancel the loan and disbursed the amount to my account as early as possible. I have done in the Rupee balance app, in the link provided and in the Account Number they mentioned.
Please do the needful.
