Please dont purchase a flat in runwal garden dombivli. please help. @RunwalOfficial not giving me my refund amount (11,000) I have proofs. Pls look into this. I had booked a flat in July 2020 and as they I formed me that if you wish to cancel the flat within 7 days than whole amount will be refunded. However, they have not given me refund yet. Custom service is very pathetic. Help!

Yes they are Fake people….they sales team is lying a lot of things….and when we have given the booking amount they are not accepting what they said. The sales person shefali and Akshay the sales head I think so.. also Ram ..they all are saying something else while selling the flat …now however we have to buy the buy the flat…because we have gave the booking amount of 32 thousand. We told them give us all this information in writing but then they kept there mouth shut. Also that sales girl shefali and Akshay do not have manners how to talk with the customer..they are spoiling the name of Runwal. I have lot to say which we are going to write every thing in the email.
Same face by us. amount has not refunded us. shameless people. whenever we call them they are giving excuses 100 times.not a single person contacting. very bad service. shame on you runwal!
Agree, it’s a scam, they push u to book the flat saying that amount will be refunded If we change our mind and send an email within 7 days
