Hi sir,

I am going through an issue which i want to inform you about, my dad’s regular sim which was his daily usage was deactivated all of a sudden, so i contacted vodafone care and they said me to repace the sim, so i repaced the sim and they sid me that the sim will get activated in 24 hrs but its more than 48 hrs now and the sim in not yet activated, so i again contacted vodafone care 3 to 4 times and now they are saying me that your sim can only be activated if you go for postpaid. And now i want to inform you about how your customer care executives are disturbing without any reason, the closed my sim when it was in running condition with all my recharge done still they deactivated my sim and forcing me to buy an postpaid sim which i cannot afford.
Dear sir, now i have an request that i had an prepaid sim card and i want my number i.e. 9879272108 which is registered in the name of: belim mehboobmiya kasammiya to be as prepaid sim, because i cannot afford a postpaid sim,  so please try to help me from your side, i am waiting for an answer from your side.
