I had called vodafone mumbai branch customer care as i was facing the issue of not sending or receiving messages/calls on my number.
Instead of providing resolution the customer care kept on saying to call after 11.00.
I requested the customer care to transfer the call to his supervisor as he was unable to fix the issue but the customer care person refused transferring call by saying that the supervisor is not available.
I said the customer care that i wont cut the call unless he transfers the call to his supervisor but the customer care simply cut the call.
Vodafone has disappointed me… such rude behaviour of customer care had led me to not trust vodafone services any more.
