Text of Complaint by Subham Goyal:

(Subham Goyal) am writing this to complaint against the lack of action by your customer service team on a complaint filed on my number (9051314843). Complaint ID: C4GDC20412515868 dated: 12.04.2020.

I am unable to access data service on my phone since 18.03.2020. I have made multiple complaints regarding the same and yet no action has been taken. The complaints are:

Reference No: C4GDC20415680546 (dated 16.04.2020)
Reference No: C4GSP20429532778 (dated 29.04.2020) (spoke to senior executive Kushal Roy who assured me it would be solved by 6.05.2020)
On a subsequent call i made on 6.05.2020 I spoke to senior executive Arpan Mishra (employee code: 19035) who asked me to replace my sim and refused to acknowledge any fault from the company’s side and went on to ask for more time. In the conversation he told me what i was saying was “without logic” and went on to state that i had called “just to argue”.
On one hand you do not resolve my issue and on the other your customer care executive has the audacity to say this. I call for action against the employee as well as resolution to my problem.
