Text of Complaint by Ganesh:

We made a booking to Andaman Nicobar package tour through Make mytrip (MMT). Wanted to add a few activities and change hotels. Customer care executive was very rude. hangs the call on us and closes the ticket without any consent. All MMT phone numbers are blocked from my phone now.

Too many hidden charges in the website. The website says 8 activities. After booking the ticket it is reveled that transits are also named as activity here. How will the customers know MMT’s internal language?
