THEY MAILED ME THAT OVER DUE CHARGES WILL REMOVE WHEN I WILL PAY OUTSTANDING AMOUNT BUT WHEN I AM ASKING FOR REMOVING THEY ARE TALKING INDECENTLY & ASKING FOR DEPOSIT THE PAYMENT.
