I ordered a product from meesho which turned out to be defective which I didn’t expect it to be.I tried to return the product but it turned out that my return request was cancelled the next day.I wondered why it happened but still I tried again and after few hours I received a message of approval from Xpressbees which stated that the product would be picked up today.I waited the whole day but didn’t receive any call from the delivery guy.Around 6:30 pm in the evening I received a call hoping that I could finally hand the product over to him for return.But surprisingly the delivery guy said he forgot and will come the next day,I asked him why so and that why was the request cancelled without my consent.He raised his voice which made me raise mine too as ofcourse he was the one in wrong.He started arguing with me and insulted me by in my mother tongue “ishh don’t you understand this language?I told you I forgot about your thing can’t you understand?” Before I could say anything he hung up the call.This is totally unacceptable.How can the delivery guy cancel pick up with a reason so fake saying I wasn’t available and when I called him he said he forgot??That’s a total lie.That’s not how he is supposed to work
