Hi,
I have decided to port my number after extreme rude and unempathetic behaviour of two store representatives named – Saurav Patil and Devidas Parhad (who claims to be the store manager).
Today I checked online about the store timing of Airtel Baner service center and reached there after consulting the timing with one of the representatives who confirmed that store will be functional till 6:30pm.
when we reached there, all of the staff were there and working but they refused to take my emergency case of sim replacement. My sim stopped working all of a sudden. I could have waited for a day or two if I was a localite. But since I stay aloan in this city I had no way out and requested them to consider my sim replacement. However the guy Saurav Patil spoke quite rudely and he did not consider a bit and also smirked at the lady staff present in the room trying to mock the situation which had put me off. He said that store closed at 4 however we checked with them before coming. We travelled from 23km away just to get the sim fixed. If it was not urgent we would never have bothered a bit. The store was wide open, shutter was not pulled and all the staff were on their desk. They still didnt consider our case. We had taken our documents and print so that it wont take more than ten minutes by any chance. The store guys also tried to push is out by shouting that we are not allowed inside however the shutter was not down and we just walked in leisurely.
after this incident I am sure why Airtel and Vodafone like corporates lose on customers. Because even after paying twice the amount that jio customers pay, we still get treated like money waggling dogs by there store guys who should consider customer’s satisfaction first.
I demand immediate action against them or otherwise I am porting my number.
