Today when i amazon customer service them regarding the refund status the customer care agent Mr. Akarsh sharma told me “subah se dimaag khrab karne ke liye mere pass samay nahi hai”
When i tried to raise his complaint to seniors he said laughing ki “kar lo complaint” This is the customer satisfaction and grievance redressal at amazon. I have both the call recordings with me.
