I am writing this to complain about the delivery patner KAPIL who was very rude to me. I ordered from a restraunt today thati is 26.08.2022 in Katni Madhya Pradesh My order no is 4291599587. After giving the address and location the order was delayed which was ok as the zomato customer care informed me , the problem starts after that the delivery person KAPIL after providing the location as well as the address was telling to come and recieve the order to where he is standing instead of delivering it to my address also he threatned me to cancel the order as he was not willing to search for the address. I told him to see the address but he was being continously rude to me. I am having every recording of the conversation i had with the delivery partner as well as the zonato customer care. Kindly pay heed to this because as regular customer of zomato i am highly DISSAPPOINTED and also the service here in katni is horrible i Have never faced this kind of rude behaviour from a delivery partner.
