Hi Team,
I am facing a lot of issues from Videocon dth. The customer service is not at all cooperative and they are very rude neither they are bothered about there customer. My dth is not working since a month after raising the complaint 4 times I haven’t received any proper response. I called the customer service and they disconnected the call saying they have some problem. My recharge for that month got wasted and no service from them in order to repair the amplifier. They called me when I didn’t recharge the pack for the next month and because of their service I end up purchasing e new D2h connection from a different company.
