I am writing this email to file a complaint against delivery boy who exhibited extremely unprofessional and rude behavior towards me during a delivery attempt.
The incident happened on (10/07/2023) when the delivery boy arrived at my doorstep to deliver my order from Ajio. However, I refused to accept the delivery as I no longer required the product. I politely requested the delivery boy to cancel the delivery, but he began to misbehave and spoke in a very impolite and disrespectful manner. His comments were unwarranted, and he even insinuated that I did not have enough money to buy the product.
This kind of behavior from your delivery boy is unacceptable and has caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. I would like to request an apology from him, and I would appreciate it if you could take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.
I hope you will take prompt action in this regard and resolve the matter at the earliest.
