Ive ordered a product and the amazon has delivered a different product from what i orderd and when i contacted thier chat support they started harassing me by giving me false information! Asking the same thing again and again! Passing to the other chat executives deliberately and mentally harassed me to 1 hour! i hope some action would be taken to this! we pay money for a mutual business not to get harass by some customer care executives
