I have returned to india after 20 long years and my experience has been horrifying. I have subscribed to Airtel services for my Mobile / internet and land line services . Over the past 4 months since the time i have subscribed to them the coverage has been pathetic , and the technicians are even worse .. They are just waiting to run away even before attending to the problem . Even after writing to the govt portal for consumer hotline grievance (ref no – 902521) .. Still super silence … best is t change the provider . lesser evil i suppose
