A RTO agent named Lingesh in RTO Banerghatta road, Bengaluru, he told he will give mine and my sister’s 2+4 wheeler licence soon, so he took 3000rs advance and took my sister’s old original 2 wheeler license saying that he need it. Now from past 2 months he is not responding to my calls or messages. If he picks uhe is giving reasons and not allowing me to talk and disconnecting call and blocking the number. Im scared that he will make misuse of license. What can i do?
