Loan ID FD6A747C736A which was closed in September 2022.
After numerous reminders to Zest Money the NACH mandate was not being closed after almost 6 months of clearing the loan amount.

Now, a hefty amount from my savings account got deducted for reasons unknown. When asked to
CAMDEN TOWN TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, they have replied that this is some old pending charges.
So when I cleared my loan, why wasn’t this charge levied then. I have clearance mail from them saying that the amount is now clear
