Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m Monalisa Choudhury. I have account in SBI bank. On 30/09/2023 date Rs. 9000/- deducted from my SBI account and message showing in statement as “FI Txn @ CSP outlet 008492219932687289 AEPS OFFUS Issuer WDL TXN”
I don’t know why amount is deducted from my account.
Even i received message of ” Dear Customer, Your AEPS Cash Withdrawal from A/c No.XX7351 with SBI is successful. Rs.9000.0 is debited on 30/09/2023 03:42:17 PM. RRN 327315755022.-SB” this deduction on my mobile phone .
Even I didn’t share any details with anyone. So i am complaining on this issue.
Please revert my amount. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.
