On 13th Feb 22 , I had made a payment through jio smart store by mobikwik of worth Rs 7007 and my amount has been deducted and purchase goods not given to me due his machine failure.Every time I raise a complaint to customer care and get a mail saying that issue is resolved and and every time multiple reminder given jio smart store.
