Dear sir
This to inform your good office that I have lost RS 54000/- from my paytm account. In last September 7/ 2020 my brother sent rs 4000 to my paytm number from phonePe which was not credited in my account. On 12/5/2021 my sister sent me RS 50000/- to the same paytm number. Which is not credited. I’m trying to contact the companys 24/7 help line there no responding. Tried calling them many times they keep transferring my calls to one agent to another. Totally RS 54000/- is stuck with paytm. This money was sent to clear my bank EMI I have pay my loan EMI. For past one year I’m jodless because of covid 19. Please help me to recover my money.
