Myntra has provided RRN of the transaction. I have not received these 3 amounts around 4000 in my bank.
Transaction Date, Total amount of Transaction, RRN(provided by Myntra), Refund Date, Amount to be refund as follows:-
22nd Jan, Rs. 2672, 765604307, 19th Feb Rs. 2672

17th Feb, Rs.2627, 778760365, 26th Feb, Rs. 787

From past 2 months Mobikwik is saying we have escalated your concern and will revert in 7-8 days, still 7-8 not completed yet. I have placed complaint on playstore there you responded to send my concern on [email protected] but again no response. Nodal officer malied that Myntra has initied your refund and it will reflect in your account in 7-8 days and executives over call and in help section of app said that we have not received the refund. There is no other way to reach them, executive after 15 mins they pick and ask for 7-8 days to resolve or revert.
