On 23rd October 2017 I was trying to transfer money to other hdfc bank account from pazapp wallet but amount 4000/-was deducted in my Payzapp wallet but not credit into my hdfc bank account.I was send mail two times but not response from Payzapp customer care side.Please help me what can i do because Payzapp customer care number is always not contactable.

i recharge my jio no. 9653016966 with paytm but it’s faild and 459 rs. cut with my account date 10-11-2017 please help me
