Text of Complaint by P.MASILAMANI:

Rs.300/- was paid from my sbi account for recharge of my tatasky  consumer id no.1126619996 on 29.3.2020. The amount was remitted while the tatasky set top box was switched off. As such my tatasky connection was deactivated on 30.3.2020. Therefore, I have again paid Rs.300/- for recharging my account and this money has been taken into account and the balance is shown as rs.295/-. But Rs.300/- earlier paid on 29.3.2020 is neither shown in my balance credit nor refunded  to me if it was not accepted. PLEASE INTIMATE WHAT IS THE POSITION SO THAT I CAN CONTACT SBI IF THE AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY YOU ON 29.3.2020. THANKS.
