I have placed the order at Amzon for Rs. 1504. Due to their non-service, they were able to deliver the products, and a week later after raising the issue, they cancelled the order.
There was a cash back of Rs.200 to Amazon pay, which was supposed to be paid after delivery of products.
Due to their faulty system, they paid it before, and now they refunded only Rs. 1303 to by credit card.
My complaint is – Let they deduct Rs.200 from amazon pay account but they should refund complete amount to my Credit Card. For the fault of Amazon, I need to pay from my pocket towards credit card for Rs. 200.
