I never activated songs but Rs. 20 deducted from my balance amount. I didn’t get any service either. Worse, I’m not even aware of what it means by “SONG” for which vodafone Idea charged me this amount. This was in close succession of charging Rs. 49 for accessing battlequiz which too I didn’t access. Looks like customers are being made scapegoat by companies to earn quick bucks
