when I got a call that your company is promoting in our city Ahmedabad, They invite us to visit binori hotel sg highway, I visit with my wife where I meet Mr Tiwari and his manager yash vardhan, I describe that we are planning to explore Kashmir in the end of march(26 march 2023). as seen our need they said that we had many listing in Kashmir, Srinagar and described many more places, And he shows me one of the best property located in near Kashmir which call the khyber resort, i was quite impressed by those listing which he shown in videos, even he promised me for 2 return flight tickets, 4D/3N, 3D/2N, 1 week extra + 7D/6N every Year for next 5 years with this membership and we can book our trip after 24 hours of taking this membership, i paid 92000 on the spot for this membership,Now, I have been calling to your team from last 15 days for my trip. but till now I have not got any response from your company.As per your customer care executive, we do have not any listing in Srinagar and same not any type with the khyber in Kashmir, also she shared a list of properties that you had typed with but I did not find any of them which your executive describe at the time of taking membershipThe same word was said by Mr. Uttam Ray that we do have not any properties in Srinagar.I Daily contact Yash Vardhan, Shashikant Tiwari, and Uttam Ray in your teamI get the same response in the call that tomorrow you will get a call tomorrow you will get a call but till 15 days now I have not got any response.
my wife is a working woman, if she plans for such long leaves. she has to take approval from her company 3 months ago, she has already taken leaves for this trip plan, I have to book 26th March and today is 21st March yet my booking is not confirmed.
Guys my request plz do not give single penny to this fraud company .
Plz do not take membership, I lost Rs.20000/-without using any services
And these people’s abused me like nay thing , treated ne like bagger , insulted me alot, threaten me that they will missuse my personal details
Once I visited this company , the sales person name priyanshu and vijay convey me 4 hour to sell this bullshit membership,
I got trapped in this sales person and taken thus membership
I wanted to Re you guys this peoples offer me 36 nights package and 7 nights gift from these sales guys. For 5 years in Rs.55000/-
I told them I don’t have that much cash , they offered me scheme of emi with down payment of Rs.20000/- they told me u will never seen this type of services , if u committed for emi u will definitely use it . Against this guys told me pay after may 2023,
I got trapped in this bluffmasters and paid 20000 , with emi transactions, but this bloody cheaters didn’t convert my payment of Rs.20000/- into emi , after one month I paid bill of credit card,
I got trapped in November 2022 took this membership and in the month of january 2023 I got call from this cheater company to pay balance 35000 in emi , I requested them I will pay after may 2023 , but they forced me to pay this amount , so I told them sorry I will pay after may 2023, again I got call in Feb 2023 for payment telecaller asking me to pay emi , she called me deafauler , because I have not paid for the facility which I have never used ,
In March I got mail from this fraud company that I am not member of this membership, my membership is forfeited,
So I asked them plz refund my money , from that day customer service Manger name DEEPAK KUMAR abused me over call and blocked me on all contact center .
In this company nothing g like customer service , they are just trapping people for money and looting them
My request to any legal person who is reading my review plz take action against this company,
