When we were in Goa, they lured us into taking their membership. The money is also deducted. Now when we want to do any booking we are not getting any reply from them. They are just fraudsters. From many months we are trying to contact them and do the bookings but no help

We are also having same experience.
Its been so many months, they deny that booking is not available, whereas during the sales they did fake promises.
I faced same problem they did not receive call and reply msgs and at the time of booking they ask for exchange fee and all which are more than usual charges of any same hotel
