Text of Complaint by Nitika sambyal:

We have bought their hoilday package with emi facility
We have paid 15000 advance plus 1 emi but last month when asked for service they didnot responded
With appropriate response
This month asked for emi again but when i asked them to first give 1 service then only i will pay the rest amount the said we are cancelling your policy
