Hi Sir/Madam,
I have taken subscription with 40k for 25 days stay in Royals club international month of August 2021. One of the marketing executive said that I can use 25 days within one year or if I want to use these in next year then have to pay Annual
Maintenance as 9k .But now they are saying u have to use only 6 nights and have to pay AMC is 14k.They are cheating
Sir, We have taken membership for Rs. 60000 on 18th November 2021. But now we are very much insecure after hearing very bad experience from other people. I humbly request you to please help us to get our money back.
Also nobody is picking our calls.
We have paid Rs. 1,50,000 also we have faced a lot of issues:
1)Wrong marketing portray
2)Abusive language by Customer Care
3)Treats and warnings from company
4)Not proper service as per they say
5)Stressful to see their dealings

Hi, can you help me get my refund, i was misguided and misinformed that we can’t cancel the membership. Initially they had charged the money and then they told that it is non refundable. Please help me out. It will be very helpful
Please help me they cheated us by giving us false promises while doing registration and we were misguided 110000rs from us. Now when we are trying to book any hotel or holiday they are asking for maintenance charges of 10000rs for not doing anything. Executive is also not replying. We payed the amount using hdfc Debit card and credit card both on emi monthly 5-6 k is getting debited every month.

My promoter’s name is Naveen and Dipali from Goa. They didn’t informed that we can’t cancel the membership, also they told that we can stop payment within 45 days.
