There is a company ‘ROYALS TIMESHARE INDIA LIMITED’ CIN : U93000UP2017PLC093513 Which is registered under ministry of corporate affairs, GOI. This company is misleading the innocent people and looting their hard earning money. They people (Royals club International) first promised me many handsome amenities and took the payment of Rs. 90000/- then they gave me a paper for signing me which having so many terms and conditions when I tried to read that T&C then they said that there is no value of such T&C its just a formality and instructed me to sign. Company’s executives are very misleading person they have completely misrepresented and misleaded me. They people have promised many amenities but now they are denying also the are not ready to refund my money. I have cheated by them through misleading and misrepresentation. I dont like to become a member of such types of companies. I want to refund my whole money Rs. 90000/- ( Ninty thousand rupees only). From last three years neither they people are giving me service nor they are ready to refund my money. Each and every time they people are giving a new excuse and not providing any holiday booking they people are big scammers and cheaters. Please do the needful. They fraud people have not provided a single booking yet, neither they are ready to refund my money. I want to refund my money which they people have cheated me through misrepresentation. Please do the needful.
