That I enrolled for Royals Moonlight Resort – Membership in December 2023 in Goa and paid Rs. 60,000/- for the membership.
That, at the time of joining and signing the contract I was given assurance about many things but in actual reality when I tried to claim/avail it from Royals Moonlight I felt cheated and that they were dishonest and had ill-intention.
I was assured that water villas in the Maldives were available for booking but when I tried availing it, they provided cheap options with which I was not satisfied and thereby I felt that what was promised was not delivered to me and even after that I asked for booking in Daman but till date no response from Royals Moonlight.
Therefore, I mailed them in January and requested them to cancel the membership and refund my membership fee of Rs. 60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand Only/-) at the earliest.
but the telephonic communication with Mr. Deepak Kumar (An employee of Royals Moonlight Resort) shows the reality of how unprofessional, extremely rude, and disrespectful a service provider could be.
Also, In the earlier trail mail, Mr. Deepak Kumar wrote and I quote “Note. Our membership fee are not refundable at any circumstances” then in another mail Mr. Deepak Kumar wrote and I quote “Refund are possible but here an deduction of INR 25000 + 18% GST on total cost of membership + 3% card charges.”
From the above mail quoted, I can make out that Royals Moonlight Resort intention are false and dishonest due to contradictory statement and nowhere in contract is the clause wherein “deduction of INR 25000 + 18% GST on total cost of membership + 3% card charges.” would be levied at the time of refund is mentioned. Because we were informed that refund of total amount is available by companies’ representative at the time of availing the membership.
Inspite of repeated request by me and even after accepting their offer of the refund after deduction of INR 25000 + 18% GST on total cost of membership + 3% card charges till date they have not contacted nor paid my refund to me.

Therefore request you to help me in getting my full refund with compensation.
